I wanted to try to do something more with my cloud design I made for my air plant hangers. These rain clouds turn watering the plants into art by slowly dripping the water like a gentle rain. They release water over a couple hours into a plant (do not use for vaction watering). I find it soothing and visually pleasing. Clouds and stand are 3D printed from PLA plastic. Pot not included.
Cloud Only: The cloud comes with 2 spike tipped clear acrylic rods to be placed in larger pots.
2 designs with stand:
With Brown Stand: A low poly curved shape printed in bronze PLA. Exterior dimensions are approximately 6"x5"x3.25" made to hold smaller pots 3"-4" size and comes with untipped acrylic rods and cork insert.
With Green Stand: Printed in pine green PLA scattered crystal shapes make a low ring around the base of this stand. Exterior dimensions approximately are 5.25"x4.75"x2.5" made to hold smaller pots 3"-4" size and comes with untipped acrylic rods and cork insert.
Each cloud is unique and will drip at a different rate. I test to make sure that at least 3 of the holes are dripping freely before they ship. I used to block holes I thought dripped too fast but found people were opening them back up so I don't do that any more. Sometimes you need to tap the cloud to get it to start dripping due to surface tension. If the rate of dripping slows over time you can wash with warm water - do not put in a dishwasher. If you have any problems or questions feel free to reach out to me.
